After we book the hotel and request for hotel pick up from the airport, they reply efficiently with good explanation for the airport transfer. They even confirm again on our day of arrival before we land at krabi airport. When we reach the hotel, we felt warm welcomed from their staffs. They even helped us to drop us off and pick us up back to the hotel. And even explained to us that there will be charges after certain time. The room was really spacious and nice. They even decorated the room for our honeymoon without asking. The staff are very friendly and nice 😄 And if there's something wrong, they will even fix it. The room service are nice too! They will ask first if they can clean the room when we are inside. We did some last minute changes on pick up timing for departure airport transfer , and they even did it without hesitation. When we check out, they will pick us up from the room with our luggages. Lastly, it was wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much for having us and let us stay in the pool villa throughout our honeymoon 🥰

We took sea view room with private pool, for 4 nights: Pros: - beautiful view of sea & mountains - breakfast spread was good. Although half the items repeat (understandably perhaps such as corn flakes, fruits choice, bread, pancakes etc) - hotel staff is quite helpful. If any issues, they resolve it quickly - they offer shuttle service to & from ao nang beach free of charge, at selected timings - good amenities in room such as beach bag with beach table, bathrobe, etc Areas of improvement: Although it's very nice stay, following are just some suggestions to make it better: - we were provided clean pillows. But maybe because of my sweat or god knows how, one pillow got stained. They charged 250 baht for the pillow cover alone. So they're very protective that way and they should be. But 250 baht for one pillow cover is too much I felt - some items such as toothbrush, cups were missing when we had checked in. Although they provided new ones almost instantaneously when we brought it to their attention. But ensuring they're available at first go is how they can improve further. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. Especially for the view.🤌

Wifi it was so bad, that you can't open even the email here. If you have to work with a laptop or you have teams meeting, you can forget it.. or go elsewhere. The only place during our vacation in Krabi where we encountered this problem. The service worked well, but you need to rent a scooter to get anywhere. The villa itself was nice and the view was incredible. Shower worked well. Great scooter rental service next to main lobby.

Trust me and do NOT go there. The place is in the middle of nowhere and will deprive you of all fun you can have in the island, you will only be able to stay in your hotel room and the pool is so small it looks like a bathtub Also the service is pretty bad, with one shuttle to the city every … 3 hours !

Horrible experience. We arrived in the airport only to discover that property cancelled our booking. Only because they decided they wanted to rent it at higher price, for booking which we already had paid and confirmed. Extremely poor customer service from the staff. After contacting them and explaining situation, instead of solving the issue they disconnected their number And didn't come back at us. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Worst place I stayed at in Thailand. Ants everywhere, tattered pillowcase and robe, towels that smelled like rotten milk and janky massages in the room. I rarely write reviews but this place was so bad I needed to so other people don’t make the same mistake we did. The one star is for the view. It is close to Ao Nang but it’s so far up the hill that we had Grabs cancel on us so at that rate you might as well just stay on the actual Ao Nang strip.
